Anyone who wants to sell or rent a property, must have the energy certificate with a few exceptions and need to renew every 10 years because it can lead to fines.
This certificate must be made by a certified technician and qualified in project drafting and construction management in the community that is the property.
This certification has essential data on ownership, demand and energy consumption, envelope and thermal installations
