Promoters from Costa Blanca (Alicante) participated in the luxury property show Alps Pekin, held last weekend in China. Several real estate projects in the Spanish coast were presented, mostly in the Costa Blanca, among others. It has been confirmed that many Chinese are very interested in buying property in Spain, because they are pleased with the climate and environment of the Alicante coast.
